What level are the lessons for?

Our online lessons cater to two main levels:

Early Beginners: If you can’t get past “hola,” don’t worry we’ll start from the very beginning and guide you step-by-step.
Upper Beginners: Got the basics down and can conjugate in the present tense? We’ll help you build on that foundation and move toward more complex conversations.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

No worries! Just email me 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel without penalty.

What platform do you use for online lessons?

My lessons are conducted via Zoom. If needed, we can also use Google Meet.

Can I book lessons in advance?

Yes, lessons can be booked up to 60 days in advance.

You’ll have four months to complete your bundle after purchase.

Can I contact Marco outside of lessons?

Absolutely! While your bundle is active, you can email me anytime with questions or concerns. I’m here to help you succeed!

What payment options do you accept?

You can pay using PayPal, International Wire Transfer, Western Union, or MoneyGram.

We aim to offer flexible options to make your payment process as convenient as possible.

What if I want to stop lessons?

We offer a full refund for any unbooked lessons within four months of purchase.

If you decide to discontinue, we’ll refund you for the lessons you haven’t used.
